Partner Peter Craddock to Present at IAPP AI Governance Global Europe 2025

Keller and Heckman Partner Peter Craddock will present at the AI Governance Global Europe 2025, hosted by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), to be held in Dublin, Ireland, on May 14 – 15, 2025.

Peter’s presentation, “Shaping the Digital Rulebook: Is there Room for AI & Innovation in Europe?” will examine key regulatory challenges, including tensions between privacy laws and AI, evolving views on ePrivacy, and the impact of fragmented enforcement. It will also explore whether Europe’s regulatory framework needs reform and propose solutions to enhance clarity, consistency, and a risk-based approach that fosters both innovation and strong data protection.
