Partner Manesh Rath to Present at WMACSA’s Discussion on Workplace Health Screenings

The Washington Metropolitan Area Construction Safety Association (WMASCA) is hosting a discussion on the OSHA issues relevant to pre-employment health screenings on November 13, 2024, in Falls Church, Virginia. Topics include OSHA standards that require medical monitoring, case law, and the intersection with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
