Partner Manesh Rath to Moderate a Panel at the American Bar Association's Workplace & Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee Midwinter Meeting

Keller and Heckman Partner Manesh Rath will moderate one of the panels at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Workplace and Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee, taking place in San Diego, California on March 7 - 10, 2023. Manesh is moderating a panel titled, “Significant Labor and Employment, Administrative Law and Other Decisions Affecting the World of Workplace Safety,” which will explore the recent key opinions of which practitioners working on health and safety should be aware of: Supreme Court labor and employment law and whistleblower cases, and holdings and impact of significant decisions from the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
