Partner Lawrence Halprin to Present at Phylmar Regulatory Roundtable OSH Forum

Keller and Heckman Partner Lawrence Halprin will present at the Phylmar Regulatory Roundtable (PRR) OSH Forum, taking place on February 22, 2023. Lawrence’s presentation, “Fed-OSHA 2023 Enforcement Policies & Regulatory Agenda,” will discuss significant Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rulemakings, court decisions, OSHA administrative and enforcement activities, as well as Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rulemakings.
