Partner Katie Bond to Present at PLC’s 2024 Food Label Seminars

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the 2024 Food Label Seminars, hosted by Prime Label Consultants (PLC), to be held virtually on October 23-25, 2024. Katie will speak on the topic “Sustainability & Environmental Marketing Claims.” This presentation will provide an overview of the current legal landscape for green marketing by focusing on five of the most significant developments affecting food companies right now – from class actions, to state enforcement, National Advertising Division cases, and the roll-out of the FTC’s revised Green Guides.
