Partner Katie Bond to Present at ACI’s Annual Legal, Regulatory, & Compliance Forum on Dietary Supplements

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will serve as a panelist at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 12th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Dietary Supplements, to be held in New York, New York on June 25 – 26, 2024. Katie will be speaking on a panel titled “Critical Takeaways from the Latest Dietary Supplement Advertising Decisions Issued by the National Advertising Division (NAD).” The session will examine key dietary supplement advertising decisions issued over the course of the last year, and will provide insights on what supplement advertising claims and practices are raising red flags with regard to green claims, health claims, endorsements, consumer reviews, and beyond.
