Partner Katie Bond to Present at ACI’s 8th Annual Advertising Claims Substantiation Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the 8th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation, to be held in New York, New York on February 6 – 7, 2025. Katie will serve as a panelist on the panel, “Health and Wellness Advertising Under Attack: Backing Your Claims with Competent and Reliable Scientific Evidence to Withstand Heightened Scrutiny.” The panel will explore the heightened legal and ethical responsibilities associated with substantiating health and wellness claims; the latest standards and guidelines from the FTC, FDA, and other authorities; common pitfalls and risk areas; and more.
