Partner Katie Bond to Present at the 2025 FDLI Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the 2025 Annual Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Conference, to be held in Washington, DC, on May 15 - 16, 2025. Katie will be speaking on the panel, “Food Litigation Update: Emerging Trends in Class Actions and Product Liability Cases,” which will explore the latest consumer class action trends, focusing on food labeling disputes such as cases which challenge deceptive health-related marketing claims and allergen mislabeling cases, the growing body of microplastics litigation, and significant food contaminants cases from the past year.
