Partner Hazel O'Keeffe to Present at New Regulations on EU Plastic Recycling & Packaging

Keller and Heckman Partner Hazel O’Keeffe will be one of the speakers at the New Regulations on EU Plastic Recycling & Packaging Event to be held March 31, 2025, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The title of her presentation is “EU Green Claims Directive and guidelines on recyclability claims.”

The EU’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) includes major changes to the legislative framework for controlling packaging waste. It imposes minimum packaging design requirements that must be met for packaging to be allowed on the EU market. Attendees at this event will learn about the new requirements under the PPWR and how to prepare for them.
