Partner George Misko to Present at Food Packaging Regulations Webinar

Keller and Heckman Partner George Misko will present a webinar on Food Packaging Regulations as part of the Institute of Packaging Professional (IoPP) Webinar Series. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 11 a.m. (EDT). The presentations will take a high-level view of the legislative and regulatory activity in the European Union and the United States that is pushing manufacturers of packaging for food toward “sustainability.” George will also discuss the U.S. Green Guides and U.S. state laws on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), PFAS, Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Content, and Single-Use Plastics.
