Partner Eve Pelonis to Present at Food Label Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Eve Pelonis will present at Prime Label’s 2022 Food Label Conference taking place in Washington, DC on April 25-26, 2022. Eve’s presentation is titled, “Natural Labeling Complexities,” and will examine the ins and outs of natural labeling and explore the differences between the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s definition of “natural.” Eve will also discuss the impact of the definition on retail, restaurants, and customer perception, along with the pros and cons of the claim.
