Partner David Joy to Present at FDLI’s Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation

Keller and Heckman Partner David Joy will be one of the speakers at the Food & Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation Course, to be held on April 24 - 25, 2024, in Washington, DC. David will present “The New Drug Approval Process: Basic Concepts,” which will focus on patent and exclusivity issues, Rx to OTC switches, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), promotional advertising, compliance, enforcement, and other related issues.
