Manesh Rath and Taylor Johnson to Present at the Sacramento ASSP Chapter Members Webinar

Keller and Heckman Partner Manesh Rath and Associate Taylor Johnson will present, “Employee Safety Outside of the Workplace/Travel in the Time of COVID,” at the Sacramento American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Chapter Members Webinar, August 27, 2020. The webinar will discuss how, with the upcoming Labor Day holiday, many employees may be traveling, which has shown to increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. Legally, there are things employers can and cannot do to help reduce the transmission into the workplace. Manesh Rath and Taylor Johnson provide a 20 - 30-minute presentation on the risks of employee travel and some ideas of how to manage this legally as an employer.
