Keller and Heckman’s Chemical Control Attorneys to Present at ChemCon The Americas 2025

Keller and Heckman Partners Tom Berger, Herb Estreicher, James Votaw, and JC Walker will present at ChemCon The Americas 2025, to be held in Boston, Massachusetts, on March 10 – 14, 2025.
On Monday, March 10, Herb will present “IP and CBI challenges” as it relates to supply chain communication and transparency during the Risk Management in the Value Chain session.
On Tuesday, March 11, Tom Berger will explore “Enforcement Matters” during the US EPA and TSCA Updates session, and James Votaw will discuss “Risk Evaluations and TSCA Litigations” during the TSCA Implementation session.
During the Sustainability Ambitions and Consequences in the Value Chain session on Wednesday, March 12, JC will present “Global Plastic Treaty.”
Lastly, Herb will present again on Friday, March 14, during the PFAS Restrictions and Impact session on the “Legal Impact of PFAS Regulations for Industry.”
