Keller and Heckman Professionals to Present at the Prime Food Label Seminars

Keller and Heckman Partners Evangelia Pelonis and Rohit Sabnis will present, “Standards of identity, product naming, alternative products,” “Ingredient acceptability, GRAS, food additive petitions,” and “Demand letters, plaintiff litigation threats, and risk mitigation strategies,” at the Prime Food Label Seminars to be held virtually on October 27, 2021. The seminars will provide insight to a variety of labeling topics, such as lawsuits and trends on food labeling, guidelines and procedures for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) claims, and generic rules regarding labeling requirements.
