Keller and Heckman Attorneys and Scientist to Speak at the Food Contact Compliance Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Rachida Semail, Devon Hill, and Jeff Keithline; and Scientist Rob Veraart, Ph.D. will give the following presentations at the Italian Institute of Packaging international conference, Food Contact Compliance, in Baveno, Italy.

• Dr. Veraart: Procedures for the authorization of food contact substances in the European Union and Member States
• Ms. Semail: New laws and draft laws in the Netherlands and in France; and Declaration of compliance in the EU
• Mr. Hill: U.S. FDA and Canada laws governing food contact substances
• Mr. Keithline: New law in China and Japan governing food contact substances

Keller and Heckman Independent Strategic Advisor Luigi Rossi will moderate the Laws in EU session. Mr. Rossi assisted the Italian Institute of Packaging in drafting the program and in the selection of the speakers.
