About the Speaker
Manesh Rath, a partner with Keller and Heckman LLP, is a trial and appellate attorney with experience in general commercial litigation, wage and hour and class action litigation, labor and employment law, and Occupational Safety and Health law. He has been lead counsel in class actions nationwide and has served as lead amicus counsel before the U.S. Supreme Court on a number of occasions.
Mr. Rath is a co-author of three books in the fields of wage/hour law, labor and employment law, and OSHA law. He is frequently invited to speak at colleges and seminars, and before businesses and industry groups nationwide. He has been quoted on developing legal issues in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Smart Money magazine, Entrepreneur magazine, and several other publications. He has been interviewed on television and radio news programs, including "PBS's Nightly Business Report," WAVY-TV and C-SPAN. Mr. Rath was recently named in Smart CEO Magazine to its Legal Elite Readers' Choice 2012 list.
