David Ettinger to Present at Conference on Advancing Cell-Based Protein & Fermentation Solutions

Keller and Heckman Partner David Ettinger to virtually present at the Centre for Management Technology’s (CMT) Advancing Cell-Based Protein & Fermentation Solutions Conference taking place virtually and in Singapore on February 22, 2022.  David’s presentation will focus on the regulatory challenges when seeking approval for food technology. The event will also feature a variety of guest speakers discussing regulatory developments to cell-based protein production.
