Counsel LieAnn Van-Tull to Present at the 2025 FDLI Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Counsel LieAnn Van-Tull will present at the 2025 Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Annual Conference, to be held in Washington, DC on May 15-16, 2025. LieAnn will be speaking on the panel “Illicit Nicotine: Enforcement, Compliance, and the New Administration,” which will discuss the latest efforts by the multi-agency Federal Enforcement Task Force to crack down on the illicit nicotine market, focusing on upcoming proposals under the new administration to tighten enforcement on online sales and cross-border smuggling. LieAnn will also examine the potential effects of proposed regulations, such as increased penalties for non-compliant sellers.
