Counsel Jennifer Bonanno to Present at the FIBCA 42nd Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Counsel Jennifer Bonanno will present at the Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association’s (FIBCA) 42nd Annual Conference, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 2 - 4, 2025. Jennifer’s presentation, “Navigating Regulatory Challenges in U.S. and EU Food Packaging,” will focus on topics such as potential policy shifts under the new U.S. administration and FDA’s regulatory framework for food-contact materials and compliance strategies. EU food-contact legislation and navigating the Declaration of Compliance will also be topics of discussion.
