Counsel David Fischer to Present at GlobalChem Conference

Keller and Heckman Counsel David Fischer will present at the 35th annual GlobalChem Conference taking place virtually on April 11-14, 2022. The event, which is sponsored by Keller and Heckman, will bring together industry professionals to discuss chemical policy and regulatory issues. David’s presentation is titled, “New Chemicals Program,” and will discuss the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) policy evaluations to strengthen reviews conducted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
