Sharon Drummond joined Keller and Heckman in 1993 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2004. In 2014, she was promoted to her current role as the Director of Administrative Operations. Sharon works closely with the Executive Director in implementing operational strategies. She also oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including working with firm-wide staff and attorneys to provide leadership and guidance in regard to employee relations, human resources policy, performance management, compensation, benefits, and recruiting.

Marybeth Norris joined Keller and Heckman in 2005. She is responsible for firm-wide financial operations, strategy, analysis, and reporting. Marybeth manages the firm’s Accounting department, overseeing client billing and collections, budgeting, and cash management. She has over 20 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting areas of international law firms.
Marybeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Georgetown University.

Caryn Wick joined Keller and Heckman in 2003. She served in a number of progressively responsible roles within the Marketing group and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2018. Caryn oversees the Marketing team, which is responsible for the coordination of business development initiatives for firm attorneys and scientists, such as seminars and webinars, websites and blogs, as well as client alerts and publications. She is responsible for the development and implementation of strategy, branding, and website development.
Caryn graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
