Keller and Heckman Partner, Manesh Rath, was quoted in the October 17^th, 2019, Albany Times Union article “Limo association adopts NTSB recommendations on Schoharie crash”. The article discusses a crash that happened on October 6, 2018 that is described to be the worst highway transportation disaster in the United States in more than a decade and threw a national spotlight on limousine safety and regulations.
