John Dubeck was a Food and Drug and Environmental Partner at Keller and Heckman who retired at the end of 2018. Mr. Dubeck’s scientific background in chemical engineering and nuclear propulsion systems, as well as a proficiency in biotechnology derived products, provided him the specialized expertise to represent clients and trade associations before the Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency (toxic substances and pesticides).

Mr. Dubeck helped clients bring hundreds of products to market in an efficient manner, advised clients on continuing compliance obligations, and defended enforcement actions.

During his forty-year career, he was invited to speak at numerous conferences on toxic chemical, pesticide, food, medical device and drug regulations. He spearheaded and then taught Keller and Heckman’s Practical Food Law course from its inception in 1982 until his retirement.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Dubeck received many accolades, including being ranked as an AV® PreeminentTM Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
