World Food Regulation Review's February 2011 Special Report, titled, "Should EFSA Apply the Same Requirements for Scientific Substantiation to all Health Claims Covered by the EU Regulation on Nutrition and Health Claims?" was written by Keller and Heckman LLP Partner Jean Savigny and Legal Consultant Maud Perrudin.
