Azim Chowdhury will attend the Food and Drug Law Journal 2018 Symposium "What is the Path Forward for Federal Regulation of Cannabis?" on November 2nd at the Food and Drug Law Journal 2018 Symposium. Scholars and practitioners will discuss the ambiguities and prospects for the federal regulation of cannabis. It will explore overlooked implications of FDA regulation as it relates to the emerging marijuana product industry. Topics include relevance to edibles and infused products and cannabis medical product development, as well as the interaction of FDA’s jurisdiction with DEA, DOJ, and the states.
