Partners Tom Magee and Sean Stokes to Present at the 2024 UTC Telecom & Technology Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Tom Magee and Sean Stokes will present at the 2024 Utilities Telecom Council (UTC) Telecom & Technology Conference, to be held in Mobile, Alabama on May 20 – 24, 2024.

Tom’s panel, “Developments and Challenges in the World of Pole Attachments and Joint Use,” will provide an overview of the FCC’s critical decisions at the end of 2023, pending utility petitions for reconsideration, and the FCC’s current rulemaking to consider new make-ready rules and self-help remedies.

Sean will serve as a moderator for the following sessions: Utility 4G and 5G Private Networks – Matching Spectrum Selection to Targeted Applications; Codes, Standards and Rule Changes Impacting Tower and Small Cells; and Microwave Communications: 6 GHz Interference Mitigation.
