Partner Sean Stokes to Present at Illinois Connected Summit 2024

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the Illinois Connected Summit 2024, to be held in Chicago, Illinois on May 8 – 10, 2024. Sean will serve as a panelist in two different sessions. 

The first panel, “Make Every Dollar Count: Funding Local Broadband Expansion,” will explore how to identify potential broadband funding streams and determine the best investment structure for meeting a community’s particular needs and circumstances.

The second panel, “Conditions for Local Collaboration,” will discuss the range of public private partnerships and other collaborative efforts to deploy broadband networks, and will explore the potential benefits, challenges, and considerations with respect to the various models, including the legal, political, financial, and community conditions that best enable such initiatives to succeed.
