Keller and Heckman Achieves Diversity and Inclusion Certification
—Washington, DC— International regulatory law firm Keller and Heckman LLP is proud to announce the firm has attained the 2022 – 2023 Mansfield Certification for midsize law firms. The certification process, known as Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule, focuses on expanding and celebrating inclusivity and diversity in leadership across participating law firms.

The Mansfield Certification is a science-based and data-driven process designed to ensure that all legal talent at participating firms have a fair and equal opportunity to advance, including historically underrepresented attorneys – women, LGBTQ+ lawyers, lawyers with disabilities, and/or racial/ethnic minority lawyers, who are considered for entry-level and lateral attorney job openings, leadership opportunities, equity partner promotions, and opportunities to connect with clients. The Certification also affirms the firm’s commitment to transparency.
