Herb Estreicher was quoted in the article "Process to Select Chemicals for Risk Review Proposed: EPA." The January 23rd, 2017 Bloomberg BNA Article discusses the proposed EPA rule to differentiate chemicals that are high or are low priorities for risk evaluation. In the proposed rule, EPA deferred to existing guidance to define the terms "best available science" and "weight-of-the-evidence" and Herb called failure to further define these terms as "disappointing."
