David Sarvadi to Present "Congress's Legislative Agenda and the Potential Impact on OSHA"

David Sarvadi will present "Congress's Legislative Agenda and the Potential Impact on OSHA" at the Midwinter Meeting of the ABA OSHA Law Committee to be held in Jupiter, Florida. The panel will address how Republican control of Congress, the Senate, and the White House may move legislation forward that calls for significant reforms to the Administrative Procedure Act, and significantly change the way federal agencies regulate workplaces.
