In the article, KH explains how the new law makes it easier for the EPA to ask manufacturers to provide more information, and for EPA to impose restrictions on the use of a new chemical, and also described how the new TSCA allows companies to commence manufacture if EPA has determined the compound does not pose unreasonable risk.
