Partner David Sarvadi will testify at the April 19, 2012 labor committee hearing titled "Time Takes Its Toll: Delays in OSHA's Standard-Setting Process and the Impact on Worker Safety." David is testifying on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and employers on a panel with union and employee representatives.
