Partner David Sarvadi to Participate in Panel Discussion at ABA's OSHA Committee 2012 Midwinter Meeting

Partner David Sarvadi will participate in a panel discussion on Issues of Ethics and Professionalism in the Pactice of OSHA Law at the American Bar Association's (ABA) Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Law Committee 2012 Midwinter Meeting.

The presentation is scheduled for Friday, March 16, 2012 and will explore the application of the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine to protecting audits and investigations in the OSHA context.
