Partner Tom Magee Quoted in Communications Daily

Tom Magee was quoted in the April 1st edition of trade publication Communications Daily. Reporting on a draft Order in the Pole Attachment proceeding, the article stated Friday that the FCC is considering whether to regulate attachments by ILECs to electric utility poles, a move that could cost utilities hundreds of millions of dollars per year and upset decades-old joint use agreements.
