Partner Thomas Magee Quoted in Communications Daily Article on National Broadband Plan

Keller and Heckman Partner Thomas Magee was quoted in a January 3, 2011 Communications Daily article titled, "FCC Doesn't Meet 2010 Goals for National Broadband Plan."  Addressing the pole attachment section of the National Broadband Plan, Mr. Magee explains that electric utilities are in no hurry to implement what they consider a "one-sided" document that resembles little more than a "wish-list from communications companies." Mr. Magee suggests that promoting broadband may have blinded the FCC to the complex realities of electric distribution systems and that utilities "have their work cut out for them" at the FCC.
